When you visit Broadway Smiles for the first time, you will be greeted by one of our receptionists, who will check you in and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
After you are checked in, you will be escorted to an examination room, where you will have a basic oral exam by one of our skilled hygienists, who will also take any required x-rays and make suggestions on how you can improve your oral health.
Dr. Halek or Dr. Rathburn will then provide a complete oral exam that includes an oral cancer screening and a head and neck exam. They will answer any questions you may have about your teeth or oral care.
We want your experience with us to be as positive and as satisfying as possible. Whether it is your first visit, or you are a regular patient, we want to build a strong relationship with you and we pride ourselves on that.
